It's not in your head, if the clothes fit better, you're losing FAT. That is what shows up before a scales. You could throw scales away.

Yes, I think we should learn to use foods and how to eat them as our "medicine". It's for sure that Government and Pharmaceuticals don't have our interests at heart.
