I definitely agree with you that more than fasting is a booster for faster fat loss. Fasting stabilizes weight, for sure, but I've found that low carb gives fat loss a kick. When you study that both methods are lowering insulin levels, it's like Double-Teaming to combine fasting with proper food selection when you do eat.
I don't believe in miracles of fasting alone, but you really intrigued me with report about the Yogi who claims to not eat or drink. Evidently, that Yogi is also "smarter than the average bear". :-)
