RE: [fast5] Re: Today was Better than Yesterday

My thoughts, after the last couple of day’s experience, and the advice so far, is to eat fruit in the middle if that is what I want for that day.

The big thing, I am guessing, is to just create the habit of only eating within or less than the 5 hour window and to expect the hungries every now and then.  It is an awful lot like withdrawing from nicotine, which I have done on a number of occasions with varying degrees of success.  I don’t think I will return to smoking unless some doc guarantees I have a limited time left.  Then all bets are OFF!

Every day I find the need to eat less food, I am beginning to accept the fact that I ate a lot more than I care to believe was true.  However, as long as I didn’t not include wheat/gluten in my diet I generally don’t gain weight.  And I am really aware, that much of my eating had to do with the pain in my stomach of unknown causes labeled as IBS, rather than true hunger.  Even now, as soon as I start eating, my stomach starts hurting, but less everyday.  So yea for me!!!!

I personnally think fruit being high glycemic stimulates your systen and will make you hungey as it still sugar. If you are going to eat fruit try adding a few almonds or the like to it to bring down the glycemic index of the combined food as it will add some healthy fats and keep your blood sugar more stable avoiding the munchies.

Hope it helps.
