Just wanted to report that I'm down 3 lbs after the first 9 days on this plan. Thanks to you all! Dr. Herring you're a genious!
I'm seeing unintended benefits even better than the weight loss. Freedom from sugar addiction, and no more fatigue. Less food = more energy; I would've never guessed. I have more time now than I know what to do with. With removing two meals a day, and waking up at 5:30 instead of 7:30-8, that time is gonna add up!
