Not at all.  We all do whatever works  for us.  The important thing is to have the 19 hours  of not eating.

I'm on day 4 of the plan, working out very well so far. I was just reading the book, and have seen testimonies of different people. Something I need some clarification on. The book talks about the 5 hour window being 5-10 pm. But I've seen from some other resources that the 5 hour window can be at other times of the day. Am I going to be reducing the effectiveness of this plan if I choose an eating window of 1-6pm? I usually go to sleep about 11pm, waking around 6 or 7am. Thanks.
