[fast5] Fast5 in the UK

Is anyone else here doing Fast5 in the UK?

There seems to be no information at all on Fast5 in the UK - I stumbled across it accidentally one day while surfing the web. What a great day that was - I have lost 19 pounds in the last 6 weeks! I have another 70 pounds to lose, but at last I can see an achievable way through to being slim again (I haven't been for at least 25 years).

I don't really understand why Fast5 hasn't taken off into some huge global phenomenon - it's so EASY! I have virtually no hunger at all until my window opens at 5pm and then I find myself preferring all the healthy foods that I used to ignore. How can something so effective be completely free, when so many millions are being poured into the diet industry? Incredible.
