Re: [fast5] Timing of the 5 Hour Window

The idea of the evening window is mainly because that
works for a lot of people. It doesn't work for everyone though:
some people don't do well if they eat just before bedtime,
and some people do better if they eat in the morning. The people
here use different windows: mine is 1-6 or 2-7, but mainly I just
have one big meal in the middle of the day sometime (which is
when my family eats). So mainly you need to do what works
for you hunger-wise, socially, and practically.
