Wow. That is an excellent report!
I generally get 7 hrs of sleep a night.
Friday night, tho, I slept 10 hours; I was exhausted!
Saturday night was a 'regular' night's sleep.
Last night was too short, tho. I could've slept a few more hours (and that
after sleeping 7 hrs).
But my life has really been crazy lately.
This 'summer vacation' thing is wearing me out!
I lift weights four days/wk. this summer, my 16-yo started working our at
his school gym for football practice so I'd hurry home from my WO to take
him and a buddy to their WO. I'd stay w/them cuz I just love that so much!
I've got two girls that go out to a horse ranch 3 times/wk and it's a
15-mile drive each way.
A DD that takes gymnastics
And now football has kicked in with a vengeance: two-a-days!
Plus I like to take my kids to fun activities. I drove them 1.5 hrs away to
a water park Saturday.
So perhaps I come honestly for wanting more sleep... :-//

Subject: [fast5] Not Tired Anymore
Before I started Fst-5 a week ago, I would need 9 hours of sleep a night,
and if I ever had the chance to, I'd take a 90 minute nap during the day.
I'm only 45!
But now, I'm never tired anymore, and I wake up naturally feeling well
rested after only 6-7 hours of sleep a night since starting the Fast-5.
Has anyone else experienced a change in their sleeping habits?
