RE: [fast5] Timing of the 5 Hour Window

I too was feeling weak in the afternoons. I was eating 7 hr window,
starting at Noon.

This last week, I have gone back to a small LC breakfast, hoping to get
the energy back. I did not notice an energy issue before, when
religiously sticking to my 7 hr window. But summer is more active life
around here too.

I am curious to see how your LC IF-5 goes with your lifting.
