RE: [fast5] ketosis

That is funny, Eric.  I remember getting that taste in my mouth, too, when I started on Atkins (a million years ago).  But I remember checking my ketos at the time and the strip saying I was NOT in keto.

 

I’ve been LCing since Tuesday and have that taste in my mouth again…..

I used to do keto sticks years ago when I was on Atkins.  I don't use those anymore though.  That familiar strange taste I experience now tells me I'm in ketosis. Eric
