[fast5] Re: Regards from a new member in Germany :-)

Dear Kirsteen,

thanks for you kind reply.
I agree that Fast-5 and LC are complementary and both leeds to a much more healthier nutritiion. If you made same experiences your metalbolism seems similiar to mine.... ;-)
I did not read the books of Eade, I do not know if they are available in German, but I visited his web-site and found very valuable information as well. Fast-5 suits me better, especially it is easier to prepare only one meal/day with a raw shoulder after a medical intervention.... :-)

I will tell my colleagues that due to my sore shoulder I prepared only one meal/day and discovered that this is a fine improving of living LC. Thanks for this advise! :-) Possibly they will get curious?! Everybody is struggling with his/her weight and some are already diabetic T2, but will never!!! forego noodles, rice, potatoes, bread. :-(
My friends are no problem, they are accustomed that I use to eat weird.... ;-)

Because I have read such a lot of posts in the last few days I cannot remember your progresses. How much weight did you loose with Fast-5/LC? Glad to correspond with you (and everyone!)! :-)

Regards
Gemma
