dang it... now I have to dig up all those posts to my Vitamix yahoo group that spoke about how to make kefir!!! :-))

thanks for your input, ladies.

i have a gallon tub of whey powder, tho, so i must be a good steward and consume that first.

when you're only eating twice/day, tho, it makes it difficult to eat stuff up!
