Well I've gone through my first 3 weeks and my official weight loss is I'm down 7.5 lbs.
I've experimented with having my 5-hr at varous times during the day, I'm really convinced it's that the 5-10pm is the way to go as the Dr. ordered. I've tried the 1-6, 2-7, I'd end up eating more towards the end of those windows than I needed to knowing I wouldn't be able to later. With the 5-10pm, I seem to make more sound judgements with the amount of food I think I need. Thanks.
