Good news, Eric!
I switched over to eating LFHC about a month ago and checked my BS for the
first time last Wednesday.
Upon Heather's (and even Ellen's) suggestion, I'm experimenting,
experimenting, experimenting!
I'm back to F5 on the days that I don't lift, and LCHF the other 4 days.
Over the weekend, my FBS was 111, 111 and 120 (Eric shared that 'normal' is
90-130; I thought it was 80-100...).
I have gotten it within the 'good' limits during the day.
Now to just figure out what's going on over night...

I was ... my blood sugar was high enough to be put on Metformin. I had my
blood sugar checked yesterday after 14 hrs of fasting, I got a 93. The
normal range is 90-130 after a fast, so I'd say that's pretty good! Been on
Fast-5 for one month, and I haven't taken Metformine for a month either.
