the sad fact is that some of us can not eat all the foods we love and
remain healthy. Some have reported eating all kinds of junk foods on
Fast 5 and dong well. But others need to avoid or limit some foods,
especially carbs. It just depends.
I would agree that for the first couple of weeks, don't worry about
it. Just get used to not eating during the fasting period. Let your
body adjust, and try some of the suggestions about what to eat. But
don't try to force anything. After a few weeks you will have a better
feel for what you need to eat. Just pay attention then and
experiment. Keeping notes helps. the wonderful thing is that you
will be better able to evaluate what foods work for you when you are
on Fast-5. I don't know why this is, but many people have reported
it.
