Hi guys,
yesterday was my 15th day on f5. Firsst day on week 3. I decide to move my window. I've been reading about ayurvedic medicine and they say our bodies have 3 cycles: from 12pm to 8pm the intake cycle, from 8pm to 4am the assimilation cycle and from 4am to 12pm the elimination cycle. So based on that knowledge I decide to place my window in the intake cycle and made it from 12h30pm to 5h30pm yesterday and today. It was sooo amazing. I always thought I was a night owl person but I discovered that actually I'm a cat nap person... I was very confortable to have my window in the afternoon... I'll keep it this way for this third week and what it feels like.
