[fast5] Swing/night shifts

Hi, have been a member for a while now but have been just reading thru the posts.

I have found that this way of eating comes very naturally to me, never did like to eat breakfast or even lunch as all they did was make me tired, felt much better and got more done if I didnt eat. Would be hungry for dinner though of course. That was back when I listened to my body, when I would have periods of time when I ate more than in the evening, I gained a lot of weight, and I have struggled with that issue most of my life. I have lost weight several times following a low carb diet, but I find this easier and a little more cost effective, even if the results are not quite as dramatic. I quess I am glad to see that there is an actual program, and the science behind it....fast-5, or a name for this way of eating.

What I was wondering though, I work 3 12-hour nite shifts, F-Sat-Sun, 7p-7:30 am then off for four. Find it hard to go from eating in the evening on days off, I dont want to eat before I go to work at 7pm or eat during work for that matter, as it makes me sluggish. What I try to do is just not eat till I get home the next morning, so on 2 of the three days I work my window is am. My biggest problem is on Monday morning when I get off I want to get back on the evening window so I can have dinner with my family, but am usually too hungry to go to sleep without eating on Monday mornings and that messes thing up.

I know this is a long post, and I hope it makes sense, but any suggestions?
