Yep, work with your window as it is then you'll be able to move it.
I moved mine around, too, till I found what worked best for me, my schedule
and my family.
I'm wondering if the cheese and cheese dip didn't have something to do with
satiety.....

... I broke my fast at 3 with dried veggies (squash, zucchini, green beans,
carrots, sweet potatoes) and a piece of cheese. Then later we had a faculty
meeting where we were served chips and salsa with cheese dip, which I
enjoyed...I was planning to eat more when I got home.....but I WASN'T
HUNGRY!!!! .
I'd still like to move my window later. Instead of 3 to 8 I'd like to try
the 5-10 window. I wouldn't have to worry about taking food with me to
school to eat at 3 when my window opens.
