I totally agree... and I would add that the more raw the fat and carbs
are, the better. Especially the fat. I've done a lot of studying on
diets, and cooked fat is one of the worst things you can eat. Raw fat is
one of the best. I personally ate raw beef fat, bone marrow, avocado,
and soaked nuts quite often. It's the only food source that doesn't put
me to sleep.
