Hi everybody,
thank you all for your words of encouragement. today is day 4 and i've been feeling pretty well during the whole day. since today is saturday i didn't go swimming or any king of exercise. I cooked lunch for my family but haven't even tried a bit. asked my daugther to taste for seasoning and salt because i don't want anything to blow my glucose or whatever its name. I didn't get it right, all those thecnical names and chemical changes in the blood. i just know i have to drink only water or unsweetened teas outside my window and that's what i'm doing.
today it's been easier than yesterday. i'm just a little worried about the amount of food i'm consuming. at 7 i'm already completely stuffed. is that normal? or i'm too anxious. I didn't feel hungry until 2.30 and it was mildly noticiable. at 4.30 i was hungry, really hungry. at 5 i had a protein shake with strawberrys papaia and soymilk. at 7 dinner with family. potato salad, a small slice of lasagna and some raw vegetable followed by 3 candies and some grapes.
i hope the scale will make me happy next wednesday... lol
