Yes, I follow this window of food in the morning. I have my regular breakfast (Nancy's cottage cheese, flaxseed oil, freshly ground flaxseeds), a mid-morning fruit dish of blueberries, 1/2 banana, strawberries, and kiwi, with walnuts and 3 Brazil nuts, and a lunch of lots of veggies and a protein (often a large salad with a variety of raw veggies plus avocado and either chicken or salmon.) Two days a week I vary the menu by having soup or chili over a baked potato or eggs or natural peanut butter.
