I've been doing fast-5 for roughly 15 weeks. During the beginning I certainly wanted to binge, a lot. While you can eat whatever you like, if you are eating a higher percentage of junk foods than you normally would, you will probably not see the results you want. What exactly are the foods that you love? You can try eating more filling foods while you break your fast, or break your fast with salad, soup... but I did find that I would try to cram in as much food as possible, usually lots of fruits and vegetables, and I was continually losing. I did play around quite a bit with the ratios of carbs, protein, fats to see what worked best for me. Everything in moderation is key, I think. It really takes mental strength to break the binging habit, once you realize that you don't have to eat so much, that you won't be hungry the next day, that even if you are a little hungry, you will get to eat in a few more hours... hang in there. :)

Plus, I am at a weight that is still not my ideal weight...I'm at 145 (5' 5"), and according to the charts in the book I should weigh around 125. That's also the weight I look best at. Even though I could live with 145 for the rest of my life, I would like to lose at least 10 more pounds and keep it off.
