Hey everyone,
I am new to the F5, I started last week and so far ive been strong on it. I have not weighed myself yet, I am going to wait a week or two longer because i dont want to get discouraged. I do want to know if anyone skips days and does this mess it up? I am going out of town over the weekend and I am struggling with if I will stay strong on it or not. I guess I dont want my friends to look at me like Im crazy, I am sure you guys have gotten the dirty looks when you tell people you only eat 5 hours a day!! I am looking forward to sharing my progress, i have about 10-20 pounds to lose!
