hello guys,
my name is Regina and today was my first day on fast-5 diet. it was good. I made it at 5pm when the window opened. because i use to have a whey protein drink after swimming in the morning i drunk that shake as a break-fast when my window opened. at 7 i had diner. rice, fried chicken, tomato and cucumber salad, letuce and carot juice with spenach. some almonds and an apple at 9. at 10 i was completelly stuffed and didn't want to have anything at all. now it´s around 11.30pm and i'm feeling good. I hope to get ride of 34 kilograms. today i wheigt 82kg and i hope get back to 49..
i'm glad i read about this way of fasting at www.fasting.ws...
