RE: [fast5] Re: My Fast-5 update

Rita,

that's what I do - I have actually shortened my eating window during the week, eating breakfast around 9:30 and starting lunch at 12, to finish by 12:30 or so.  Works fine for me.  On weekends I do go to five hours of eating, but again, I'm a morning eater and I have no problem not eating at night.

Perhaps some of us are just morning persons?  I actually wake up hungry (whether or not I ate dinner).

Hello,
Just thought I would throw in my five cents worth, I eat in the mornings and have my fast in the evenings, so opposite of your eating schedule, and I do this from Monday to Friday(with very clean eating) and then on Saturday and Sunday I have a much longer eating window and have supper with my family and dessert if I feel like it. I just found that letting myself have my weekends "off" per say allowed me to eat normally with my family or go out without feeling guilty and then just go back to fast fiveing on Monday, without feeling guilty, like I've "cheated". Mondays sometimes can be a little harder but it is also nice to know that Saturday is just five days away and I can have a little extra without feeling guilty or sabotaging everything.

I get stomach grumbles at school and all that, but I usually don't think about eating at school. I'm still working on that binging at home issue...today I had a massive binge and I'm not so proud of that...
