It's great isn't it?
I've done 9 weeks of faithful fast5ing and I'm delighted to report I've lost 24 pounds so far. And what is more, it seems to get easier rather than more difficult as the weeks go by. I have 63 more pounds to lose and I have no doubt I will lose them. I find myself making better and better food choices every week - without any effort or thought on my part. Amazing!
Welcome to all the new members - stick with it - I'm the world's worst dieter and it works for me: a modern-day miracle!
