Just my personal opinion, but on Fast5, i really believe you can let your body dictate the calories you eat. What i mean is, if you only have 500 calories and you don't want any more, don't force yourself to eat it.  I find some days, that's probably about all I have, though it's a guestimate as I never measure or track calories. Other days, I'll have a lot more.

I wouldn't recommend deliberately trying to eat only 500 calories but if that's all you want on any one day, then go with it.

Some days I have a green smoothie and really don't want anything else. Other days I get hungry about 3 hours after it and want another meal. I find on this way of eating,for the first time in my life, I can actually listen to what my body wants not what I think it should have :-)
