I like Fast-5 so far. My time frame is around 3:45~8:45 ishh... and it's comfortable in the mornings at school. I get stomach grumbles at school and all that, but I usually don't think about eating at school. I'm still working on that binging at home issue...today I had a massive binge and I'm not so proud of that...
I've been going on and off Fast-5 maybe that's why my adjusting is pretty difficult at this point..? It goes like this..so far:
I follow Fast-5 weekly
Then usually around saturday and sunday, the Fast-5 chain just breaks...
this thing has gotten better, but going on and off Fast-5 on the weekends like what I have done...is it going to undo all the Fast-5ing I've done??
I mean it's okay to have slip ups now and then...but I think I slipped too much... sometimes I feel like I have to Fast-5 over and over again from the beginning...
I hope you can understand what I'm trying to get at...
