I was ... my blood sugar was high enough to be put on Metformin. I had my blood sugar checked yesterday after 14 hrs of fasting, I got a 93. The normal range is 90-130 after a fast, so I'd say that's pretty good! Been on Fast-5 for one month, and I haven't taken Metformine for a month either.
