hi ffers,
yesterday, on my day 2 I break my 19h fast with a whey protein shake a raw vegetable salad made of tofu, green lectuce and tomato and some somked ham. it wqs so delicious... the fast period made me appreciate my food much better. after that i went to my Swhásthya Yôga class. I felt so energétic. around 9 pm I eat some grapes and at 9.30 i had some almonds. didn't feel hungry anymore.
today i woke up feeling great. had my swimming practice as usual, 2.000m in 50 minutes. did't feel hungry after that as i did yesterday.
felt hungry only around 4.30 pm. at my window opening (5pm)I had a raw vegetable salad an yogurt and a small piece of chocolate bar. at 7 i had a piece of carrot lasagna and more salad. some almonds and 1 candy. at 9.30 l big bunch of grapes. feel realy good.
I will not weight myself until the end of the week because i don't want to get ansious. I hope to be at 80kg by next wed sep 16.
