Yes, after being on it for about 20 months, I still have 'slip ups'  except I don't really think of them as that any more. The way I look at it is, Fast5 is the way I normally eat but on some days (for whatever reason) it varies. After all, years ago I used to eat 3 meals a day plus snacks but sometimes something would crop up, (I'd be too busy or just not hungry or whatever) and I'd eat differently, less meals, or maybe just a few snacks and one meal. Now I never thought of myseld as having slipped up from 3 meals a day :-) I just fitted my eating into my life and I still do the same today, it's just mostly Fast5 with the odd change.

In saying that, I will admit that on the days after I've 'changed' I sometimes find it takes a bit more effort to Fast5 than usual. I think my body likes the routine but the old habits of "sea food - eat it" arequite ready to rear their head again if I let them :-)

The more we stick to Fast5 the easier it is.
