Good idea to go to fitday.com and figure how much protein you should eat per day. Then you will have the basis for what you need for your daily meal along with fat to eat your daily calorie requirement.

I feel the 5 hour Eating Window of "Fast-Five" is a cute-sounding gimmick, personally. Other Intermittent fasting programs have varying, less rhyming eating windows like 3-4 hours. As others have stated, they do better breaking their fast with a full meal than easing their way with snacks. I simply believe in eating a day's worth of food at one meal then get started that much quicker on the next 23 hours of low insulin fasting. More continuous fasting hours per 24 hours, the more fat loss.

Don't be afraid to experiment with earlier eating times than the typical default 5 pm. Early risers might do better with a Brunch time.
