Re: [fast5] ups and downs

I have been receiving emails by "digest" for awhile now, so I have been
reading, but not able to send in emails.

I have switched to direct, so I hopefully will gain more from this group.

I have been trying to do Fast5, but in my life, it is more like Fast7.
But that is what works in this lifetime.

I am from a fairly active household, as we farm 500 acres, have 80 head of
cow/calf herd, which we keep the calves and fatten them out for beef and
raise/show a few good horses. We have 2 tow trucks, 1 kid in college and
1 still home, and I have an office in the home, where I do bookkeeping and
tax returns. Also have aging parents 1 mile away, that we try and assist
in whatever way they need.

Hectic schedules and never knowing what is 15 minutes down the road makes
eating a balanced planned menu very difficult. But busy enough, I can
lose weight fairly easily, if I just stick with a plan. But sticking with
it is the tough part for me.
