[fast5] Re: New with a question

As Tamara says, I also sometimes get hungry early but if I ignore it or have some green tea or black coffee it gives up and goes away and then I'm not hungry at 5pm so usually start eating later than that. I do find if I just have something light when I break my fast that I am then ravenously hungry so find it better to break my fast with a proper meal. Took me a while to suss this and lots of shoveling snacks down and then being too full for my supper! It is a bit of trial and error to find what suits you best.

Good luck

Niki
