Interesting, I find my experience so far similar to yours. Being busy helps and I must admit that I completely blew yesterday by doing only the absolute minimum so I was hungry most of the day.. This am I went to vote and got home washing clothes and fixing to watch a bit of tv…
I am going for a 6pm to 11 pm window.. Once I hit four.. I will jump straight to 5 pm because I do something everyday in that time period, won’t be able to eat.

I am able to ignore my hunger if I am busy with something. Also, exercise makes me less hungry somehow.
I notice that sometimes I am hungry early, which I ignore - but then, when my eating window opens at 5:00 pm I am not hungry anymore.... so I postpone eating until 6:30 or 7:00.... I still try to stop eating at 10 pm.
