Funny, that reminds me of the Blood Type diet... they create four different healthy diets to apply to the four basic blood types. But if you follow any one of those four diets, you'll get healthier than following the SAD diet no matter what your blood type is.
Dr Mirkin did a little rant on his show one time where he talked about a nice young college person who knocked on his door pleading with him to sign a petition which would help to remove pesticides from produce because pesticides were killing people and causing all sorts of horrible diseases. He looked at her quizzically and replied, "But don't you realize that every study every done shows that eating more fruits and vegetables decreases the risks of heart attack, cancer, diabetes, stroke, etc? All of those fruits and vegetables in those tests are covered in pesticide residue. So how can pesticides be causing these problems?"
Good point, me thinks. ;)
