I'm on my 3rd week of fast-5, and have lost 3 kiloes so far.
I have also pushed my eating window back from0800-1300 to noon.
So my breakfast +lunch is at 1200am. afterthat I eat and drink nothing but black coffee and water.
At lunch, i 've found that my eating habit changing.
After I have eaten for 20 minutes , I start to feel full. And no matter how hard i try to eat more, my gut tells me that it's enough.We just can't eat anything anymore.
This is also happening to my wife who 's been on fast-5 for 3 weeks too.
We feel very surprised. And wonder if
this could be a problem ? And why it is so?
