[fast5] Re: question on low blood sugar readings -Rick

> In your first post you mentioned that you have a bit extra belly? Here's a link that explains how belly fat causes poor blood sugar regulation and heart disease:

----> I've suspected pre-diabetes but the last test was no. I think I could be going in and out of it. I also disregulated my vit A to D ratio in the Fall with a visit to well meaning, but poorly informed, doctor. I took a D shot of 100,000 IUs. It's taken the last 6 months and some weston price articles to get to figure out my vit A ratios were deranged from too much D. Quite a mess the Vit D council made for me by poor research on the role of A with D.

My belly fat has increased substantially over this period so I suspect among other problems my pancreas took a blow from low vit A.

-----> Thanks for the link....I'm going to give this a much slower pace and see what happens. So far today was fine with a longer window and earlier meals. I will keep posting and not hesitate to get in touch with Herring if I can't this to work.

thanks
Lynn
