Our gym got 4 or 6 but the smallest one is 24lbs; pretty stupid on their part, IMO.

someone on another group reported the excellent results (in BG) he had with doing kettlebells, very short sesssions maybe 5 minutes, three or four times a day.  Using a heart monitor to be sure he got his heart rate up.  No longer needed his meds.

So I got both the book and DVD called From Russia With Tough Love along with an 18 lb kbell.  The kbell came about a week later (yesterday) and I have been practicing daily using a dumbbell, short sessions everyday./Sometimes two or three sessions.  I am seeing an a very noticeable trend downward as well as a much tighter range for my BG.  I am so excited about this because it was looking like I couldn't get below 100 without meds, but this morning it was 91!!.
