> Now that I have stuck to fast5 my blood sugar has been in a good range during 19-20 hours fasting and at one hour and two hours after eating in fact my readings have be great. I do eat low carb and am mostly grain free and control my protein and high purine foods.
-------> I do use desiccated liver fairly regularly...liver is a high purine food. What did you see happen with those?
found for me walking around when my blood sugar is low helps bring it up a bit. Ease into the fast. Anything that you consume can affect your blood sugar even 0 carb.
-----> I hope that it will change ....so you stuck out the blood sugar crashes and didn't try to bring it up a bit???
Today when it happened I was actually working in our garden and realized I had to get back in to lay down. I was out of breath the short walk back.
If I lay down during it I usually fall asleep and most times when I test my glucose level has risen a bit after the nap. Very odd.
thanks for feedback...I really appreciate it as after reading the insulin control success stories I'm sure mine is classic and can repair itself also.
