-----> I used lime instead this morning. No reaction so this also makes sense. I'm sure I've got stored glycogen...I've got extra weight on me.

-----> Well that's pretty interesting...never thought of increased hormones in cream vs milk. I'll experiment here and see. I've actually never seen much of a reaction to dairy. I can't tell off or on it any difference nor ever tested allergic to it. But this may be triggering stuff right now so worth a try.
