Yeah, I've found that I generally go bonkers and pig out only when I'm in the kitchen. So I just stay away from the kitchen, or from my daily habits or patterns that lead me into the kitchen. I'll take the dog for a walk, or go out back and do some pull ups, or go into the garage and work on a project, or go clean a part of the house that's been neglected for too long. Basically, anything I can think of to stay away from the kitchen. Then, if I have to go into the kitchen, I just remember it's easier to say no to the first snack than it is to say no to the second or third.
