Congratulations!

Scaling back the appetite is one of the things Fast-5 *does*. It
basically puts your appestat back in line so your eating starts
matching what your body needs. The book talks about it too. You don't
need to worry about it ... I knew one underweight person who did this
way of eating and she *gained* much-needed weight.
