Very interesting!!
I wonder if I shouldn't check my blood sugars, too.....
I have been dealing with mid-morning crashing for a long time.
When I was not Fast5ing, I think I found a good combination of food that
held me steady all morning (high protein).
But now that I'm fasting again, I find I'm still crashing mid-morning after
having eaten nothing! I'm about 14-15 hrs in to my fast!
Hope you can find the answer to what will work for you!
I teach, too, but just two kidlets: my own!

Subject: [fast5] question on low blood sugar readings and crashi
Hi everyone,
I've followed this list off and on for quite a while but have never been
able to keep up my windows in 5 hours while I'm working. (I teach high
school and am under stress). So now i'm off for the summer and am able to
give this a real go and figure it out.
