Hi, first of all congratulations on your weight loss. As to your appetite decreasing, this seems to happen to nearly everyone on Fast5. I'm no expert but I have been Fast5ing for about 18 months now and I believe Fast5 changes or educates the bodies appetite. Your body seems to eat only what it needs and after that you feel full. Obviously, previously we've all eaten beyond that point which is why we became overweight in the first place :-)
I think the trick is to start listening to your body and eating how much it really wants and leave it at that. As long as you're feeling fit and healthy, I wouldn't worry about it - it just seems to be one of the perks of Fast5
Good luck

At lunch, i 've found that my eating habit changing.
After I have eaten for 20 minutes , I start to feel full. And no matter how hard i try to eat more, my gut tells me that it's enough. We just can't eat anything anymore.
