Congrats, Rick!!! That is fantastic!
I was bonking this winter while I weight-trained fasted and finally gave up
fasting.
Now that I am back to it, I am fine.
I think it has to do with making sure we get sure the right nutrients in our
bodies to handle the task at hand.

Subject: [fast5] 30-miles bike riding fasted!
I think my body has adapted to eating once a day but I'm just out of shape
for bike riding, even though I walk for an hour every day and do bodyweight
exercises. My strength is coming back and I still don't feel hungrier than
I did before I started riding again.
I'll try to ride again Thursday (weather permitting) and see how it goes.
