My guess is that your body has become more adjusted to less feeding and sensitive to insulin which is a good thing. If you don't feel like eating, don't force feed your body. It's smart enough to ask for food when it truly needs some (feeling slightly light-headed and empty, stomach growling, etc.). Most people don't even know what true physical hunger feels like, because they never wait until they're truly hungry to eat. And if one eats without being hungry in the first place, one wouldn't know when one's full or when to stop because one doesn't eat to remedy hunger; one eats out of pleasure or greed.
I do not believe you should eat in the absence of true physical hunger just as I do not believe one should bypass hunger. Twenty minutes is long enough for the brain to send the fullness signal. Before, you (and many of us) probably continued eating since the point of fullness was almost undiscernible. Now the hunger-fulness on/off mechanism is functioning more properly. When the hunger is satisfied, the brain says, "enough."
Don't starve to speed up weight loss, but don't force feed yourself either. Whatever, or however much, I eat within the 5-hour window is dictated by what my body tells me. When I follow its lead, I release weight easily without being hungry outside of the eating window. Some days I eat more, some days I eat less. The food requirement seems to correspond with the level of physical activity. Just trust your body.
My two cents. Good luck.
