Hi everyone,
I am really finding this way of life interesting and what makes it so
interesting is that there is research to back it up.
I am 42 and after 25 years of insulin resistance it has really messed up my
body. I diagnosed myself off the internet after my doctors failed to tell me
what was wrong. I would gain 30lbs in one month and they would tell me to
just stop eating.

My health problems are:
PCOS
severe hypertension
gerd
abdominal obesity
75 lbs overweight
mild cardiomyapathy from the high blood pressure
candida
depression
Acanthosis nigricans
fatigue

The good news is that after doing my research every one of my problems has
been shown to get better with IF.
My doctor is not supporting me on this. All he wants to do is give me pills
and more pills to counteract all the side effects.Then tell me to come back
in 6 weeks.

I have found a naturopath doctor willing to work with me on this IF. He says
there is no reason that I have to stay on these meds for life.
He thinks 100% of my problems are from the insulin resistance.
I amso looking forward to doing this way of life. I have a 5 year old and I
really do need to get better.
Anybody else on here got rid of any major diseases or disorders? I would
love to hear it.
