Lynn, Everyones body is different. It took about 3 weeks until I stopped getting a dip in blood sugar. I think my body is still adjusting. I have used up all my stored glycogen now and have felt a bit hungry during my fasting the passed couple of days nothing to serious. Yes, eat something if it goes to low. I was prepared to eat if I needed to. Sharron

| I did choose to stick out the low blood sugar with no calorie intake but I was prepared to eat something if I needed to to raise it up fast. Everyone is different, you need to stay healthy.
