So eating low carb has helped you stay satisfied throughout the 19 hour period? That's my main struggle right now, I'm starving the next day and its been 5 weeks. But I'm recently a new vegetarian so I find myself eating carbs all through my 5 hour window. What should I be eating?

I wish I could be an encouragement to you.
I am not on a calorie limiting diet at the moment.
In fact, eating high fat, I'm probably consuming 1700-1800 cals/day.
Now, I'm real close to my maintenance weight.
My main goal now is to control blood sugar.
But to not be hungry all day or gorge during my eating window is also very
important to me.
I am getting leaner all the time.
I'm talking, 70-80% of my calories are coming from good fat sources: egg
yolks, coconut oil, avocados, butter, heavy cream....

I don't have a problem with resentment of the "restriction,
that after 3 weeks I stopped losing weight. I'm still on the FF program,
but am on a severe plateau, despite limiting intake to 1400 calories per
day, always within my time window. I'm going to give it 2 more weeks, but
I'm losing faith.
